Is KennelBooker cheaper than Revelation Pets?

Yes. KennelBooker starts at $49.99 per month against Revelation Pets' published Silver plan at $60 per month and Gold at $77. We are also broader: point of sale, time and attendance, email marketing, QuickBooks and Xero integrations, dog walking and homestay and unlimited staff logins are in every KennelBooker plan.

Does KennelBooker charge a gateway fee?

No. We publish one all-in rate for your country, shown to you during setup before you switch payments on - for example 2.4% plus 50c per transaction. That is the whole cost. There is no separate gateway fee added on top of it, no markup applied later and no monthly minimum.

What does KennelBooker include in every plan?

Every plan includes boarding, cattery, daycare, grooming, training, board and train, dog walking, homestay and point of sale, plus product sales, time and attendance, email marketing, QuickBooks and Xero integrations and unlimited staff logins. Plans are sized by capacity rather than by which features or services you are allowed to use.

Can you import my Revelation Pets data?

Yes, free of charge. Send us an export of your customers, pets and bookings and we will build out your services, records for you before anything goes live.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. Monthly plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid up front at a discount. There is no setup fee and no cancellation fee, and you can export your data at any point including after you have left.

The bigger difference is what’s in the plan: point of sale, time and attendance, email marketing, accounting integrations, dog walking and homestay are all included at our entry price.

Who owns Revelation Pets?

Togetherwork, since March 2020. Togetherwork is backed by Aquiline Capital Partners and also owns Gingr and PetExec.

Will my customers have to start again?

No. Their records, their pets and their history come across with the migration. They set a password the first time they book on your new portal, prompted by an email you approve first.

What if my pricing is complicated?

That’s usually the reason people think they can’t move, and it’s usually wrong. Peak rates, part days, multi-pet discounts, breed and size bands, extra services — we build custom pricing rules as part of the setup if required. Show us the strangest thing you charge for.

You’re a smaller company. Isn’t that a risk too?

Fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. We’re independent and owner-run, with thousands businesses in over 40 countries paying us every month. Small means the person answering your email can fix the problem, usually the same day.

Am I locked in?
