Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in a web browser and in our iOS and Android apps. No desktop application, no server in your office, no local database, nothing to back up yourself.

What if my internet goes down?

Honest answer: you’d work from your phone on mobile data, which is what most people do. It’s a real trade-off and worth weighing — against it, your data survives a fire, a theft or a failed hard drive, none of which a local install does.

Is two-way SMS an extra module?

No. Messaging is part of the platform, not a separately priced module. You pay for the messages you send, with no monthly module fee on top.

Do you charge a gateway fee?

No. We publish one all-in rate for your country — for example 2.4% + 50¢ per transaction — and you see the exact figure during setup, before you turn payments on. That number is the whole cost. No separate gateway fee on top, no markup applied later, no monthly minimum.

Can my staff use it on their own phones?
